Attendance Records

 

As part of our commitment to your child’s safety, it is a requirement that we

keep a record of your child’s arrival and departure to and from our service. 

The ‘sign-in’ book is situated on the table at the front entrance gate. 

 

Please ensure that you sign your child in to and out of our service each day. 

The ‘time’ of arrival and departure, as well as your initials/signature i

s required.  If your child is absent from the service, please record this

absence on the attendance record.  For example:
